Further information on the Authority can be found at: Natural England The Site Location Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve is located in the Stour valley, 5 miles east of Canterbury, Kent. It is a highly protected environmental site and further details can be found on the reserve leaflet via this link. http://publications.naturalengland.org.uk/publication/35044?category=59026 The Works The existing observation hide known as Tower Hide, as shown at Appendix 1, is to be dismantled and replaced with a new structure in a similar location. Planning permission is required for this operation and Natural England will be responsible for securing this. The existing structure should be carefully dismantled and all materials taken off site and disposed of in accordance with waste regulations. The design of the new structure and outline specification of materials is shown in the series of drawings shown at Appendix 2. On completion of the new structure the site, including the works compound in the public car park shall be left clean and tidy.
