Tender description

This Framework is for the provision of Ergonomic and Assistive Technology Products and Services. The Products and Services to be provided against this Framework Agreement shall include but not be limited to: The provision of a hosted free of charge On-line Catalogue and Ordering Tool. The range of E&AT products and services to be provided under this Framework Agreement must include as a minimum: — The supply of Hardware products including, but not limited to: Keyboards, Mice, Stands, Headsets, Reading Pens, Video Magnifiers, Monitor Arms and Stands, Voice Recorders,. — The supply of Software products including, but not limited to: Dragon, Zoomtext, Read and Write, Supernova, Dolphin JAWS, Claro Read, Inspirations. — Training: a range of suitable training courses to support staff in the use of E&AT products. — Technical Support and Consultancy Services including, but not limited to: o General consultancy services, Technical consultancy services, including configuration and implementation advice; o Product Support services (hardware and software) including licence audit/review services; o Specialist product advice and support for complex E&AT purchases where such purchases cannot be made via the ‘Access To Work’ route. — HelpDesk Support Services — including, but not limited to: o email/phone support for Users o responding to general enquiries and providing advice — both pre and post Sales.
