Short Break Residential Services For Disabled Children based in identified premises available to be leased from the Council. Please note that Service 1b is jointly commissioned by Suffolk County Council, Ipswich and East Suffolk CCG and West Suffolk CCG. This opportunity is available in the Current Tenders area of the portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submission of the tender is 22.12.2017 at 12:00. Please note that late returns will not be permitted. Service 1a — A person centred overnight Short Break Service for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities and /or Autism who may have challenging behaviours, and Children and Young People with Complex Medical Health conditions who may be reliant on technologies. Venue — Ferry Centre, Felixstowe. Service 1b — A person centred overnight Short Break Service for Children and Young People with Learning disabilities and /or autism that may have challenging behaviours. And — Intensive Short Break Service for Children and Young People with Learning disabilities and /or autism who have challenging behaviours whose placement poses a risk of breaking down. Service 1c — A person centred overnight Short Break Assessment Service for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities and /or Autism who may have challenging behaviours, and Children and Young People with Complex Medical Health conditions who may be reliant on technologies.
