“Request for Tenders “Building the Capacity of Minority Communities” for the Peace IV programme on behalf of Cavan County Council”. This public procurement competition relates to suitably experienced delivery agents, who will recruit a minimum of 30 Traveller participants to engage with cross community/border settled people. The aim of this project is to empower the Traveller community to articulate and record the history of how they experienced the troubles and to interpret their experiences compared to those of the settled community who were affected by the conflict.
