Slough Borough Council invites quotations for a physical activity and social isolation project.We are looking to commission a new service for a period of two years which will become a fully sustainable service after the initial funding period has expired. Outcomes will be measured through the delivery of the following service outputs: - Average weekly increase in days of moderate physical activity - Average weekly increase in days of vigorous physical activity - Average increase in exercise per week in minutes - Increase in % of older people feeling happier after 6 months - Increase in % of older people with a new friend after 6 months - Number of hours of volunteering contributed within the local community
