Tender description

The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust wishes to appoint suitably experienced and competent Supplier to provide a comprehensive Fire Alarm Maintenance Service throughout the Trust's estate. The estate includes two acute hospitals a general hospital, and also a number of buildings, offices, warehouses and domestic residences. The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has a statutory requirement to ensure that the fire alarm systems throughout its Estate are fully maintained and remain in good working order. There are currently 2 types of fire alarm systems installed throughout the Trust (ADT and Honeywell Gent). For clarity, this contract is for the provision of maintenance services only, for the existing fire alarm systems.
