Provision of Human Resource Project Services to BIM

The role of the BIM HR Department is to provide relevant HR functions for the organisation. These include but are not limited to:  Compliance with employment legislation  Recruitment and Training  Record Keeping  Payroll and Benefits  Employee Relations  Performance Management The HR Team is dedicated to supporting the functions as outlined above; facilitating the wellbeing of the staff; improving the quality of the functions that it provides while achieving a high level of employee satisfaction delivering and supporting these functions. In order to support these goals BIM is currently embarking on a process of HR process and system improvements including but not limited to the introduction of a HR Information System and the rollout of other system and process improvements. BIM require the provision of HR project management and business analysis services to support these and other projects. The service provider must deliver projects of this nature and also have experience in the HR sector. As these projects will require input at various stages it is essential that flexibility and continuity form part of the delivery model.
