Tender description
Worcester City Council wish to purchase outright a DICOM CE32/30LR portable waste compactor or similar. The portable compactor must have a fully enclosed body and liquid retentive seal with a 30 tonne compaction force and low friction ram guides. The compactors fully liquid retentive rear door seal is essential to ensure the waste is completely contained at all times when on site. The power supply lead must be permanently connected to the waste compactor and the removable plug fitted to the wall power socket end of the lead. Preferably the compactor should come with the ability to notify the operation of issues with the compactor and also indicators of the compactors load status. The preferred method of alert indication is email or text message. Quotes should include the option for of a 5 year maintenance contract. Keywords: Skip, Compactor, Waste, Portable
