There is an enduring requirement for the Repair, Service and equipment training on both the Medical Filmarray and Bactalert 3D 60 Blood Culture. There is an enduring requirement for the Repair, Service and equipment training on both the Medical Filmarray and Bactalert 3D 60 Blood Culture. All Training, Repair, Service and Calibration Tasks must be carried out in accordance with manufacturers (OEM) manuals. The Filmarray has a limited life-cycle as its due to go obsolete and its end of service life is in 2020. This agreement will be used to help support both pieces of equipment through until their end of life.
