Masterplanning Services for the Stonedale Crescent Regeneration Project 2018

Tender description

The purpose of this document is to identify and engage with an appropriate Architect/Masterplanner to carry out a masterplanning and initial option appraisal exercise for Stonedale Crescent in the Croxteth area of Liverpool, in order to improve the physical environment and lives of the residents. The requirement is for a high-level masterplan, with appropriate costs, to be available by September 2018. The masterplan will need to be developed with the early and continuous engagement of partners, stakeholders, residents and the wider community. We will be looking to award this commission as soon as possible after the conclusion of a fair and robust evaluation. We will then be looking to initially engage with the winning bidder immediately
