Tender description

Medway Council is seeking a consultancy team to produce an evidenced masterplan across both Medway Council and Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council local authority areas for Innovation Park Medway. The masterplan will be used as guidance supplementary to or in absence of any other appropriate planning policy guidance. The masterplan will support the exploration of an appropriate planning mechanism to deliver the Council’s ambitions.
