The City Council is looking to commission an outside agency or local professional(s) to organise and support the City Council’s planning policy officers in the delivery of a short programme of community consultation. The objective of this commission is to increase the awareness of the Local Plan consultation amongst residents and businesses and those with an interest in Liverpool; and to enable those who wish to do so to view, ask questions about and should they wish to do so make representations (comments) on those aspects of the completed Publication Draft of the Liverpool Local Plan that concern them.
