This Framework is for the provision of Ergonomic & Assistive Technology Products and Services. The Products and Services to be provided against this Framework Agreement shall include but not be limited to: The provision of a hosted free of charge On-line Catalogue and Ordering Tool. The range of E&AT products and services to be provided under this Framework Agreement must include as a minimum: • The supply of Hardware products including, but not limited to: Keyboards, Mice, Stands, Headsets, Reading Pens, Video Magnifiers, Monitor Arms & Stands, Voice Recorders,. • The supply of Software products including, but not limited to: Dragon, Zoomtext, Read & Write, Supernova, Dolphin JAWS, Claro Read, Inspirations. • Training: a range of suitable training courses to support staff in the use of E&AT products. • Technical Support & Consultancy Services including, but not limited to: o General consultancy services, Technical consultancy services, including configuration and implementation advice; o Product Support services (hardware and software) including licence audit/review services; o Specialist product advice and support for complex E&AT purchases where such purchases cannot be made via the "Access To Work" route. • HelpDesk Support Services - including, but not limited to: o email/phone support for Users o responding to general enquiries and providing advice - both pre and post Sales.
