Tender description
The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) is expanding its offer of Extra Care provision in the Borough. We are developing an exciting, large, innovative new 94 unit purpose built scheme in Feltham. In addition to catering for frail elderly and people with physical disabilities the scheme will provide dedicated Dementia and Learning Disability specific support and accommodation. We aim to commission the care and support element of the service in early to mid 2018 and are keen to engage with leading providers in the field to help us develop the service model with their expertise. The event will be held on Wednesday 20th December, 10:30 – 1:00pm Venue: Blue Zone, Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN Due to capacity limitations, can you please complete the attached form and return to the email address provided by 8th December 2018.
