Tender description

The London Borough of Lewisham is procuring a single supplier framework covering the provision of professional services in various highway, traffic and transport planning disciplines. Core services will include: — Development of transport strategy and policy; — Development of master-plans and concept designs; — Traffic studies and feasibility assessments; — Preliminary and detailed design of highway and traffic schemes (including parking, cycling, walking, road safety, buses, etc.); — Site supervision; — Public and stakeholder consultation; — Management of traffic orders; — Development management; — Transport modelling. The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking submissions for a single supplier framework for the provision of professional services in various highway, traffic and transport planning disciplines. The tendering exercise will be conducted using a 2 staged restricted OJEU procedure. The framework contract will run for 3 years from April 2018, with an option to extend the framework for a further year. The estimated value will be 2 000 000 GBP per annum, or 6 000 000 GBP over 3 years. If the framework is extended for an additional year the framework value will be 8 000 000 GBP.
