Tender description

The University of Derby is currently using Oracle People Soft Financials which is an Oracle business processing tool used to manage business critical financial processing. Oracle have publically stated that they will not enhance the existing platform beyond 2021 and are upgrading their existing supply to a cloud based solution. The University of Derby will therefore upgrade their existing supply to Oracle Cloud for a 5 year term. The University has identified that for technical reasons (including interoperability with existing IT systems, business continuity and associated interface risk) the University's requirements can only be met by an upgrade to the Oracle Cloud.
