Tender description

Hull City Council would like to put a framework in place for all of the Councils External Print requirements. Hull City Council currently has its own small internal print unit; however there are occasions when there is a requirement to outsource printing which will be at the sole discretion of the Print Unit Manager. The framework will be split into the following lots: General Printing Services - 8 Suppliers Bespoke Printing Services - 6 Suppliers Pressure Sealed Stationery - 3 Suppliers Printed Envelopes - 3 Suppliers Finishing Services - 8 Suppliers Fulfilment Services - 3 Suppliers Electoral Print Services - 1 supplier only Parking Print Services - 3 Suppliers Banners & Posters a) External Posters for hoarding, panel or road side boards - 1 supplier only b) Other Internal & External Posters (larger than A3 format) - 5 Suppliers Specialist Theatre Tickets - 3 Suppliers Membership of the framework does not guarantee work on behalf of the Council. It does, however, allow the framework member to take part in further competitions or direct call-offs relevant to the framework lot(s) for which they have been approved
