UKAEA are seeking to establish from the market place details of availability and expertise for support with engineering design including; Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, C & I, Piping, Civil Engineering, Remote Handling. All Mechanical CAD data shall be supplied in Catia V5 2017. Electrical, Civil, C & I, piping CAD shall be supplied in either AutoCAD or Solidworks. Any requirement will require compliance with IR35 regulations. This PIN (Prior Information Notice) is being issued to notify interested companies of the UKAEA's requirements. Interested parties should respond to the contact detailed in the notice, outlining their expertise in the required fields and examples of similar work that has been undertaken in the past 3 years. CCFE has close links with other European and international fusion laboratories and the International Tokamak Experimental Reactor (ITER) under construction at Cadarache, France. As part of the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), RACE is conducting R&D and commercial activities in the field of Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS).
