Electoral Printing Service for the London Borough of Hillingdon

Tender description

The Council has a requirement for the provision of a range of electoral print services. The services will include, but will not be limited to, the printing of the following: Household enquiry forms (HEF's) Outgoing envelope Return Business Reply envelopes Invitations to register (ITR's) Deletion letters Ballot books Postal applications Postal votes packs Poll cards Street listings Counting badges Counting sheets In view of the printing needs outlined above, the Council requires a supplier who can demonstrate flexibility to meet printing deadlines which can be challenging on occasions. The supplier will be expected to have fundamental knowledge of the electoral services process to include alignment with relevant statutory legislation which is in accordance with the Electoral Commission and Cabinet Office requirements. Contract Start Date: January 2018 The Contract will be for an initial term of 2 (two) years extendable at Hillingdon's sole option for a period of 1 (one), giving a total of 3 (three) years (the Term).
