Tender description

Jisc is seeking to enter into contract with Thomas Telford to provide specific journals to it's member institutions. Thomas Telford Ltd is the publishing arm of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Via the ICE Virtual Library it delivers online civil engineering resources, including the ICE Journal Collection: over 30 current journals with archives going back to 1836. ICE publishes their in house research journals and unique content not available anywhere else. They combine this with other content as a package which represents great value to institutions doing research and teaching in this field.
