Liverpool City Council has ambitious plans to facilitate the development of a mental health and wellbeing hub (MHWBH) in the Old Swan area of Liverpool, operating from the currently disused St Brendan’s Church site, which the Council is in the process of acquiring. The Council’s long term vision is for the MHWBH be operated independently by a charity partner as a self-sustaining, not-for-profit, enterprise funded through income generation.
