University of Limerick (UL) wishes to establish separate Single Operator Framework Agreements for Design Team Services associated with the design and construction of Maintenance / Refurbishment Projects for the University of Limerick. UL intends to use a single stage, open competition for the creation of the separate Single Operator Framework Agreements. This lump sum fee will be calculated based on the number of hours required to complete the project and will be offset against the hours included in the Pricing Schedule. The contracting authority may terminate this competition (or any part thereof), change the basis of and the procedures for the bidding process, at any time, or procure the contract by alternative means if it appears that it can thereby be more advantageously procured. The most economically advantageous or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
