Architect Lead Multidisiplinary Team for the Preparation of Town and Village Revilisation Plans for County Cavan

Cavan County Council wish to appoint an Architect led multidisciplinary team for the preparation of Town and Village Revitilisation Plans for County Cavan. The Services, are detailed in the Tender and Schedule and include the following:- The appointed Consultant shall:- • Be represented by the Project Director, Project Manager and other key staff. • Accept, undertake and fulfil the role of PSDP and Designer for the Scheme in compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. • Produce individual documents on each of the towns and villages aided by maps and other graphics, that sets out in a clear and precise manner, the realistic actions and future for the towns and villages in terms of creating places that people want to live, work and socialise in.The document shall deliver actions for the Spatial/Physical Development, Economic Development and Community Development of each town or village. *The actions set out in the strategy shall be accompanied by advice on realistic funding sources. Complete a detailed SWOT analysis for each of the Towns and Villages assigned under this project. This should include, but not be limited to analysis of the following; Connectivity, Transport, Aesthetic, Tourism, Heritage, Sports and Leisure, Open Space and Public Realm * Advise the client on the limitations and constraints of each of the Towns and Villages arising from the SWOT analysis Produce a county wide generic document with issues common to the entire county e.g. signage, shopfronts, lighting, materials, street furniture, footpath surfacing etc. Produce individual documents on each of the towns and villages aided by maps and other graphics, that sets out in a clear and precise manner, the realistic actions and future for the towns and villages in terms of creating places that people want to live, work and socialise in.The document shall deliver actions for the Spatial/Physica
