With an estate of 100+ buildings a phased install would be preferred over a 2-3 year period although other factors may influence this approach, the majority of ambulance stations are located near to fire service buildings and within the main urban centres throughout Wales. — Fitting of various sized magnetic lock systems to be adaptable and flexible to accommodate the various sized buildings within Wales, an anticipated install period of 2-3 years is reasonable, however access to funding may accelerate or decelerate such a programme. — Install emergency release buttons — Ensure connectivity from regional server rooms or external facilities to the Paxton ACU to all door access systems. — Disable and remove existing locks the doors of existing facilities and make good where reasonable practicable — Install all associated cabling to ensure full connectivity is maintained. — Carry out testing, training and commissioning prior to hand over. — Provide details of card type and available solutions. — Provide details of maintenance packages available.
