Tender description

Tender bids are invited for the provision of 6 New Dell servers with 5 years premier support. The council will only award to suppliers who have are authorised to resell Dell EMC hardware and services The Council currently has significant Dell EMC infrastructure in place which is managed by Dell EMC server management and maintenance software and services. Significant investment has been made in the system architecture and staff training. This ensures rapid deployment of security and bug fixes for all hardware across the estate with direct support from Dell support services. The requested servers will support the current backup and restore solution, which are configured to support the Council's DR/BC Plans.
