Tender description

The Authority is looking for supplier to deliver a report on enhancing local delivery and implementation through strengthening stakeholder relationships, integration, and leadership. The overarching aim of this project is for local organisations, partnerships and people who have an impact on the environment, to work together in the most efficient and effective way to improve the environment, (while supporting their own priorities). The report will examine: i. the effectiveness of local leadership, ii. how integrated local delivery is to achieve environmental aims and objectives, iii. identify best practice models and communications tools to enhance this where possible, and; iv. evaluate the Authority’s role in supporting this and how it might be enhanced
