Provision of Commercial Modelling Services for HS2 Ltd. HS2 Ltd. has awarded two Lots as follows on a three-year contract term: — Lot 1 Model Development and Analysis and Revenue Modelling Model development and analysis for commercial infrastructure and asset decisions, and revenue modelling including fares and pricing strategies and associated impacts. — Lot 2 — Whole Life Value for Money Tool A bespoke whole life value for money tool, which will evaluate the benefits of numerous route options as required by commercial analysis. Model Development and Analysis Specialist knowledge of model development and analysis for commercial infrastructure and asset decisions. Revenue Modelling Revenue modelling including fares/pricing strategies and their impacts. In order to provide these services suppliers will use and develop MOIRA. MOIRA is an industry established modelling tool that is used to test the introduction of new train timetables, services and rolling stock on the current and future rail networks. Whole Life Value for Money Tool This Lot will provide a bespoke whole life value for money tool, which will evaluate the benefits of numerous route options as required by commercial analysis.
