T Level Consultation Events

DfE is inviting applications from events companies to deliver a series of 10 events, to widen the range of feedback as part of the public consultation on T levels. Events need to take place in January 2018 - with the dates / venues announced in early-mid December 2017. These events should involve further education (FE) providers and employers, spread across a range of geographic locations in England. We are looking to accommodate approximately 60 delegates per event. We require support from an events company, with sector knowledge, who is able to source cost-effective venues and successfully market the events to prospective attendees. Events need to take place in locations and at times accessible to FE personnel and local employers. Appropriate sector penetration to cover the breadth of providers and employers associated with T level programmes is essential. The successful bidder will need to take responsibility for organising the events from start to finish, for instance: sourcing venues, identifying guests, managing communication with attendees, collating detailed feedback on the consultation and disseminating this feedback to the DfE.
