To lease for 3 months, then with monthly rental options on a rolling 1 month basis for a maximum 24 months and an option to buy 1 off SYFT Technologies Voice 200 Ultra Dual-Polarity SIFT-MS, with an option to buy a second system at a later date. Technical Specification of instrument/s: — Syft Technologies Voice200ultra Dual-Polarity SIFT-MS, — High-performance inlet, — Breath head for the high-performance inlet, — Auto-validation inlet, — Dilution inlet, — Sample collection case with integrated sampling wand, — Configured for use with nitrogen carrirer gas, — Reconfigurable for use with either nitrogen or helium carrier gas. Proposers must quote to provide up to 2 ‘Syft Technologies Voice 200 Ultra Dual-Polarity SIFT-MS’ analytical instruments to the technical specification detailed above to the following requirements: — Short term lease to buy (3-6 months lease with option to buy), — Long term lease (costed at 2yrs), — Outright purchase. Propsals must assure and quote for provision of the following: — Lead time on delivery of instrument to Dstl must not exceed 12 weeks, — Full maintenance contract support offered for the duration of the lease and a minimum of 3 years following procurement, — At a minimum, full maintenance contract must include: 2 onsite preventative maintenance visits per year, parts and labour costs and 48hr onsite breakdown cover (including parts and labour), — Delivery, installation and commissioning by Syft trained technician, — Provision of Advanced SYFT-MS training in theory and operation, onsite, for at least 2 users, — Onsite application support must be available upon request, with costs provided for 3 days of support within the first year following installation, — Laptop configured with up to date version of LabSyft application software, — LabSyft software on original media, capable of being re-installed by the end user, — Syft Standard Calibration cylinder with regulator.
