Tender description

The Lumen Learning Trust was established in autumn 2013 as a natural development of the school-to-school support carried out by the leadership team at Saxon Primary. It currently consists of three member schools: Saxon Primary School in Shepperton, The Echelford Primary in Ashford, and Riverbridge Primary in Staines-upon-Thames: all in the Surrey borough of Spelthorne. Saxon Primary Pupil numbers 390 Square Meterage — 2 071m The Echelford Primary Pupil numbers 558 Square Meterage — 7 831m Riverbridge Primary Knowle Green Base Pupil numbers 222 (includes nursery block) Square Meterage — 501.6m Park Avenue Base Pupil numbers 398 Square Meterage — 1 823.7m Currently, Surrey Commercial Services have the cleaning contracts at Saxon and Riverbridge, while Steadfast do the cleaning at Echelford. Several of the cleaning staff are in the LGPS; this will require the successful company to gain Admitted Body Status (ABS) into the scheme. This tender will be let as one Lot.
