The St Lawrence Academy is inviting tenders for the provision of school catering services to commence April 2018. North Lincolnshire Council has been commissioned procurement agent to manage the procurement process on behalf of St Lawrence Academy. St Lawrence Academy is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified supplier of catering services for a fully managed catering service to commence April 2018. The aim of the service is to provide as a minimum level of service, a nutritionally balanced two course seasonal lunch time meal to all students, staff and guests as required. The meal should meet the diverse needs of the consumers in accordance with ethnic cultural and religious beliefs. There is a limited requirement for therapeutic diets. Although the service is primarily for the Academy children of The St Lawrence Academy the successful Provider(s) will be expected to provide meals for Academy staff and visitors by prior arrangement.
