SBC 0817 Replacement of Gas Boiler & Associated M&E Plant Installation including BWIC - AWARD

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of Major Capital M&E Works relating to the comprehensive replacement of the existing gas boiler and associated plant machinery / pipework and controls serving the Oval Community Centre. The current installation serves the Community Centre and the Modular Built Children's Centre which is linked and accessed from the Centre Reception. There is a Church forming part of the entire complex however the heating and hot water facilities are entirely separate and no work applies. Site visits are mandatory. Tenders received from contractors who have not been recorded as having attended a site visit will be rejected. Visits must be requested by the contractor by correspondence through the InTend system. Visits will be arranged by confirmed by the Contracts Administrator and must be conducted within the expressly stated period (7th to 18th August) Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
