Halton Borough Council is looking to appoint specialist consultants to assist them by undertaking a detailed Masterplan and Delivery Strategy for the Runcorn Station Quarter area to help them to drive forward its regeneration as a high profile, vibrant and welcoming gateway into Halton and the Liverpool City Region, raising confidence in the area and kick starting the wider implementation of the Runcorn Old Town Vision.
