Tender description
The Property Services Regulatory Authority was established in 2012, under the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011, to regulate the provision of property services in Ireland by Auctioneers, Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Property Management Agents. One of the main functions of the Authority is to cause licensed property services providers who may be engaging in improper conduct to be investigated and adjudicated upon. The PSRA requires an externally managed service provider to support it in its inspectorate functions in accordance with the aforementioned 2011 Act.
