Places for People are seeking to appoint service providers to a Fire Safety Systems framework for a period of 4 years. Places for People has a portfolio of Fire Safety equipment in over 600 sites across England and over 270 in Scotland consisting of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers, AOV's, Sprinklers, Dry Risers and Gas Suppression systems that are to be serviced and repaired in line with the provided specifications. There is also a planned upgrade/modernisation programme as well as new installations across the Group. The current portfolio across Scotland is located in the EH postcode area. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 271 Fire Alarms 82 Emergency Lighting 182 AOV's 157 Risers 119 Sprinklers 9 Extinguishers 62. The current portfolio across North East England is located in the NE, DH, DL and TS postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 45 Fire Alarms 45 Emergency Lighting 38. The current portfolio across North West England is located in the BB, BL, CW, FY LA, M, OL, PR and SK postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 142 Fire Alarms 142 Emergency Lighting 131. The current portfolio across Yorkshire and the Humber is located in the BD, DN, HD, HG, HU, HX, LS, S and YO postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 154 Fire Alarms 154 Emergency Lighting 127. The current portfolio consists of across South East England is located in the BN, CT, DA, PO, T and TN postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 13 Fire Alarms 13 Emergency Lighting 13. The current portfolio across South West England is located in the BA, BS, LU, SN and TA postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 163 Fire Alarms 163 Emergency Lighting 85. The current portfolio across the East of England is located in the AL, CB. CO. IP, NR, PE and WD postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 64 Fire Alarms 27 Emergency Lighting 58. The current portfolio across central and Greater London is located in the E, IG, and N, SE, TW, W and WC postcode areas. Contracts will be awarded to appointed service providers for repair and maintenance contracts as well as individual contracts for modernisations/refurbishments and installations as they arise. This Lot covers the following systems; Number of Sites 19 Fire Alarms 19 Emergency Lighting 15. The current portfolio across the Midlands and Milton Keynes is located in the LE, MK, NG and NN postcode areas.
