The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for RIBA Architects to Refurbish Westhoughton Town Hall - RIBA Work Stages 1-6 and Project Management Services which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Funding has been approved to invest in Westhoughton Town Hall to the value of approximately £2 million. The purpose of this briefing note is to provide the successful Provider (the "Consultant") with the works required to assist with the project delivery and the services required to take the project forward throughout the design.
