Tender description
Littering, spitting, dog fouling and antisocial behaviour affect the quality of the local environment and have an adverse impact on how places look and feel. These activities also influence how an area is perceived by residents, workers, visitors and investors. In order to ensure that the environment is kept clean and safe the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) wishes to procure an Environmental Enforcement Service. This enforcement service will aim to change behaviours by sending the message that disregard for the environment is not acceptable and will result in action being taken.
