THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED • Removal of:- o Vinyl flooring on the walls and floor o Plaster board on the walls o Panic alarm rails ( note to be reused) o Protective plastic sheeting over the windows o Lighting o Entrance door and frame for alterations • Decoration of the window • Installation of polycarbonate plastic sheet over the window • Supplying an installing plasterboard to the walls • Altro Whiterock to the walls • One feature wall to have Digiclad (picture) • Altro antislip vinyl floor • New LED dimmable lighting • Air-conditioning addition of fresh air by George Varcus. • CCTV removal/replacemt by JW Security • Cleaning of the windows • Alteration to the entrance doors Schedule of Drawings Attached. • Room location • Door and partition sectional drawing.
