Tender description
The HSCB wishes to appoint a single Provider to provide the Regional Parenting Helpline Service across Northern Ireland. The Service will be available to all parents (or any individual acting in a parenting capacity) in Northern Ireland who need to seek advice and guidance on parenting matters relating to their children. Support should also be available to other carers including extended family members and children / young people themselves.
