Where evaluation question covers a broad scope of requirements (e.g. question 6) are suppliers allowed to reference more than one client project to demonstrate their experience?2. Can you confirm if suppliers are allowed to bid as a lead with subcontracted consortium members?3. Can you confirm their preference between purchasing a fixed price managed service against a set of agreed deliverables (using multiple SMEs with a mixture of on and off site working to deliver specific deliverables) OR a number of contract resources to work full time on a Times and Materials basis on site for four months? 1. Yes2. Yes3. We are happy to consider both approaches, but if a ‘managed service’ is proposed, the supplier needs to be aware that we might chose a number of suppliers, so a single contract to the total value of the contract would not be likely; therefore, such an offer for say £300k of the value, with a complementary ‘day rate’ contracting means for the remainder would be more-sensible. 2. 4. Is it possible to submit a partnership bid between two organisations who have a complementary skillset in respect of programme management and ICT? 4. Yes 3. Could you confirm whether it would be valid to cite demonstrable examples of public sector Healthcare experience that are not specifically NHS, e.g. from outside the UK, where they are particularly relevant to the requirement? Yes, this would be fine.
