Northampton Schools Building Surveys

Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council (the “Council”) wishes to invite quotes for the supply of services in respect of conducting building surveys for 42 Northampton Schools. Surveys will be undertaken utilising the Council's standard template which reviews; condition; compliance; safety; and suitability. The surveys will look at all building elements and installations including; sub substructure as visible; super structure; roof and finishes; building fabric; and internal fixtures and finishes. The Contractor will be required to provide the information on the standard template in an excel format supported by a summary report in a format to be agreed. Subject to contractor recommendations the Council may subsequently commission intrusive surveys. Keywords: Building Surveying
