Market Engagement Event - Lunch Clubs

The council will be holding a Luncheon Clubs Market Engagement Event. The new luncheon clubs procurement process will begin in the early 2018 and we want to invite potential providers to find out more. Whether your organisation is potentially looking to be a contract lead or you are a volunteer providing a luncheon club service, this event will give you: • An overview of the tender • Timescales for the procurement • A question & answer session • An opportunity to network with colleagues who may wish to be part of the bidding process • One to one discussion with London Borough of Hackney commissioning team Two (2) events have been scheduled if you are interested please contact the council on the email address provided in this message. The dates are: Thursday 23rd November 2017 - 10:30pm - 1:30pm: Clissold House, Church Street, Stoke Newington, N16 9HU Tuesday 28th November 2017 - 2:00pm - 5:00pm: The Tomlinson Centre Queensbridge Road, E8 3ND Please RSVP to adultcommissioning@Hackney.gov.uk by midday Wednesday 22nd November if you'd like to attend, stating your intended date. An agenda will be issued to you at this stage. If you are unable to attend then don't worry as all presentations and notes of these events will be sent out via e-mail shortly after.
