Worcestershire County Council is tendering for the supply of a real time traffic flow management system across Worcester City Highway Network. The purpose of the Tender is to identify a suitable organisation to supply real time traffic flow monitoring for 23 existing permanent loop sites and 3 new permanent loop sites across the City of Worcester highway network together with a GIS software that allows for the mapped display of live traffic conditions, deviation from normal conditions alerts, live vehicle emissions estimates and full historic database of traffic flow data including vehicle classification detail with intuitive analysis reports.
