Tender description

The project involves the refusbishment of the Cedar House located on the Antrim Area Hospital Site. The scope of the work includes for internal decoration throughout with alterations to M and E in the refurbishment of bathrooms and the conversation of stores to shower rooms. There is to be an upgrade to all kitchen facilities including the creation of additional eating space in the form of breakfast bars.
