West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership have a requirement for independent advocacy services for persons who have mental health issues. West Lothian Health and Social Care Partnership (WLHSCP)wish to procure services for the provision of a professional independent advocacy service which focuses on support to enable people with mental health problems to have their wishes heard, make their own choices and take control of their own lives. The overarching aim of the service is to provide a high standard of independent advocacy as defined in the service specification, which respects the autonomy, independence, freedoms and dignity of people ensuring that their views and opinions are accurately communicated and understood.
