Tender description
Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council (known as the ‘Authority’) invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of Healthwatch Leicester and Leicestershire (HWLL). Leicester City Council is leading the procurement on behalf of the Authority. The local Healthwatch service is the creation of the Health and Social Care Act (2012) and is an independent local consumer champion for patients, service users, carers and all those using health and social care services as well as the wider public. Please refer to the ITT documentation. Although II.2.3) lists the Place of Performance as UKF21 please note that UKF22 is also applicable.
