Tender description

East Sussex County Council is offering providers the opportunity to bid in an Open Tender process for the provision of the extra care housing (care and support) service at Downlands Court (Peacehaven) and Margaret House (Uckfield). This tender is being let in 1 lot and the successful provider will be contracted to provide services at both extra care facilities. Extra care housing schemes provide homes for older people who are tenants/leaseholders in a community setting whilst ensuring that their housing, social and health care needs are met within a secure environment with housing support and housing management services and a 24 hour 7 days a week care and support service.
