NHS Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of NHS England will be inviting suitably qualified organisations to express interest in delivering CAMHS Inpatient Services for Midlands and East of England: In East Midlands: — Lot 1 Eating Disorder (12 beds) — East Midlands (North) — Lot 2 Eating Disorder (8 beds) — East Midlands (South) — Lot 3 PICU services (8 beds) — East Midlands In West Midlands: — Lot 4 Low Secure (8 beds) — West Midlands — Lot 5 PICU (8 beds) — West Midlands In East of England: — Lot 6 General Adolescent Unit (9 beds) — East of England with flexibility to meet the full specification for young people with eating disorders within the unit Across Midlands and East of England: — Lot 7 General Adolescent Unit for Young People with a Learning Disability (9 beds) — resource for the whole of Midlands and East For more information and instructions on how to express interest please refer to section VI.3) Additional information. This lot is for the provision of a 12 bedded CAMHS eating disorder unit to serve the population and be located within the geography of East Midlands (North). The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specification covering CAMHS Eating Disorder Services and to be co-located with Tier 4 CAMHS and/or paediatric hospital services. This lot is for the provision of an 8 bedded CAMHS eating disorder unit to serve the population and be located within the geography of East Midlands (South). The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specification covering CAMHS Eating Disorder Services and to be co-located with Tier 4 CAMHS and/or paediatric hospital services. This lot is for the provision of an 8 bedded psychiatric intensive care service to serve the CAMHS population and be located within the geography of the East Midlands. The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specification covering CAMHS PICU Services and to be co-located with Tier 4 CAMHS services. There is an additional local requirement for the PICU service to be able to provide Nasogastric Tube Feeding. To enable the admission of those who have disordered eating or other co-morbidities that may require assisted feeding. This lot is for the provision of an 8 bedded low secure service to serve the CAMHS population and be located within the geography of the West Midlands. The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specification covering CAMHS Low Secure Services and to be co-located with Tier 4 CAMHS services. This lot is for the provision of an 8 bedded psychiatric intensive care service to serve the CAMHS population and be located within the geography of the West Midlands. The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specification covering CAMHS PICU Services and to be co-located with Tier 4 CAMHS services. There is an additional local requirement for the PICU service to be able to provide Nasogastric Tube Feeding. To enable the admission of those who have disordered eating or other co-morbidities that may require assisted feeding. This lot is for the provision of a 9 bedded CAMHS General Adolescent unit with capacity and capability to support young people with eating disorders to serve the population and be located within or close to the West geography of East of England. The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specifications covering CAMHS General Adolescent and Eating Disorder Services and to be co-located with other Tier 4 CAMHS services. This lot is for the provision of a 9 bedded CAMHS General Adolescent provision with expertise in the needs of young people with a learning disability to serve the population and be located within the geography of Midlands and East. The unit will be expected to provide full adherence to current and future NHS England service specifications covering CAMHS General Adolescent Services and with a local requirement for the service to be co-located with Learning Disability services to ensure there is sufficient expertise and learning across the services.
