A Catering Service is awarded for Haileybury Academy Trust trading as Haileybury Turnford, hereinafter referred to as the School or Academy. This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed. Please see section V (Award of Contract) for further details. Haileybury Turnford is an Academy sponsored by Haileybury, the private school, located in Hertford. The School currently have 889 pupils on role, of whom 151 are in the sixth form, and 130 members of staff. At full capacity the School would have 1088 pupils. The School wants to be a vibrant school, developing every aspect of the students. The School will make sure that each student has the opportunity to reach their potential, and can leave with the qualifications, skills and qualities they need for a successful life. The School draw on Haileybury's 150 years of outstanding achievement, and combine that with Turnford's strong sense of community, to create an exceptional school. Hertfordshire Business Services carried out the tender process but the management of the contract from the award date and thereafter is carried out by the school. The procurement followed Light Touch regime principles in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
