Tender description
The works will include, but are not limited to: refurbishment and installation of new air handling plant; drainage modifications to kitchen; replacement of existing sanitary ware; installation of a new incoming water meter and a hot water storage tank; electrical/lighting works; and extension of the existing fire alarm system.
